We ship via most reasonable shipper based on items, location, etc... Our primary shipper is DHL. We automatically e-mail tracking info when your items are shipped. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, you should contact us within 48 hours to insure proper handling of your claim. Remember to keep all original packaging, shipping box and of course the damaged item. Your package may need to be inspected. We will handle the damage claim on our end. Once the claim has been filed we will re-ship a new product.

To avoid returns, please contact us with any questions regarding your purchase. Our experienced staff can usually lead you in the right direction. If for some reason you still need to return a product please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your item to receive a Return Authorization # (RA#). You will be responsible for any return shipping expenses. All returned items must be 100% complete and in original packaging, in resellable condition, and with all information packets, ie., instructions, warranties, software, and other accessories and documentation. Write clearly on the box the RA#, without this number your item may be refused. You must provide us with Insurance Documentation. If the item is returned uninsured - any damage claims must be filed by you to get any refund. Incomplete or unauthorized returns may be refused.

All returns are subject to a 10% restock fee. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card account. We build the shipping charges into our prices - on returned items original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please understand that we cannot return or refund custom orders.  Our staff will be glad to help you with custom orders to the best they can to avoid any errors.
